OUR FARMERS

To us, there’s nothing more important than providing you with meat from local farmers. That’s why we are proud to process and sell meat that’s only sourced from the central Illinois region. Many of our local farmers’ names might be familiar to you as their families have been raising cattle, pigs and other livestock for decades. Many of them practice organic farming, from grass-fed beef to pasture-raised pork – resulting in a far superior product with better flavor.
